OUR WORK


Our Company, "ROMAN TREI CONSTRUCT – COM", contributed to building up the imposing edifice with 3 basements, ground floor and 17 floors, "BUCHAREST FINANCIAL PLAZZA" (the residence of the Romanian Bank for Foreign Trade – BANCOREX) and of another building with basement, ground floor and 5 floors "EUROCENTER", also in Bucharest, Romania as specialized subcontractor of the French Company "BOUYGUES" (General Contractor).

The total of the manufactured CONCRETE BLOKS – 176,322 pieces (2,087.53 m3):

  • 20 x 20 x 40 – 37,010 pieces (592.16 m3)
  • 15 x 20 x 40 – 95,218 pieces (1,142.62 m3)
  • 10 x 20 x 40 – 44,094 pieces (352.75 m3), so:
    1. BUCHAREST FINANCIAL PLAZZA:
      15 x 20 x 40 – 65,196 pieces (782.35 m3)
    2. the technical production’s basis:
    • 20 x 20 x 40 – 37,010 pieces (592.16 m3)
    • 15 x 20 x 40 – 30,022 pieces (360.26 m3)
    • 10 x 20 x 40 – 44,094 pieces (352.75 m3)

Our company also carried out 5,018.01 sq.m. (797.06 m3) of masonries and 9,233.40 sq.m of coatings (including boarding, cutting, bending and laying of the reinforcements in lintels and little poles, as well as the joinery’s erection (simple and double metal doors), as follows:

  • BUCHAREST FINANCIAL PLAZZA: 3,421.34 m2 (562.42 m3) masonries and 6,319.03 m2 coatings
  • EUROCENTER: 1,596.67 m2 (234.64 m3) masonries and 2,914.37 m2 coatings

Under our company’s direction, "ROMAN TREI CONSTRUCT – COM", being in the position of GENERAL DESINGER for the Assembly of Dwellings of the type "New Zealand" – in the area North Cliff Constantza (Employer: The Mayoralty of the Municipality of Constantza), all the plans of this project having been made, including the Town-planning Zone Plan.
In 1999, our company imported from New Zealand and delivered to "MULTITRADE GROUP", S.A. –Bucharest all the necessary DECRABOND roof’s elements – 320 m2 (sea - green tiles - 4,900 pieces and the annexes elements) needful to cover the ARON Villa from Predeal City, District of Brasov.

"ROMAN TREI CONSTRUCT – COM", took part at the Specialized International Exhibition "CONSTRUCT EXPO ‘98" – Bucharest, representing the "Carter Holt Harvey Roofing Company" (now AHI Roofing) of New Zealand, where it got the Diploma of Honour.
