                 "ROMAN TREI CONSTRUCT - COM", is a company with an entirely private capital, founded on 27-th of December 1994 and residing in Bucharest.

THE ACTIVITY DOMAINS OF THE COMPANY are:

1. Building materials MANUFACTURING
   - CONCRETE BLOCKS for masonries, in conformity with the Technical Agreement No. 002 – 01/022 – 1996 released by the "Central Laboratory", S.A., as well as the approval of the Comission for Technical Agreement in Building of the Ministry for Public Works and Adjustments of Territory.
2. COMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE IN ROMANIA FOR DIFFERENT FOREIGN COMPANIES
   - We are EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTORS in Romania for the DECRABOND LIGHT ROOFING SYSTEM manufactured in New Zealand by the renowned Company CARTER HOLT HARVEY ROOFING (now AHI Roofing Limited) and we own, in this meaning, the Technical Agreement No. 002 – 02/329 – 1997, released by the "Central Laboratory", S.A. and the approval of the Comission for Technical Agreement in Building of the Ministry for Public Works and Adjustments of the Territory.
3. CONSTRUCTIONS:
1. The drawing up of the studies for DESIGNING, the working out of the necessary documents and the projects of ARCHITECTURE, RESISTANCE and INSTALLATIONS for constructions.
2. The carrying out of civilian, industrial, agricultural, social – cultural, banking, metallic, special, hydrotechnical and touristic constructions, roads and bridges.
4. TRADE (wholesale and retail sale, mainly building materials).
5. SERVICES (mainly renting man power and real estate transactions).
6. IMPORT – EXPORT
